For our retail customers only (those that did not need to log-in to purchase product): We may refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase as long as the product was purchased directly through this site, unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the unopened original packaging. For instances where product is damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if the product is missing something (for example, the calcium pouch or the instruction sheet), please contact us at info@pomonapectin.com and we will work to correct the issue for you.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong quantity of an item, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we should be able to stop shipment and make the correction for you.
