I consider Pomona’s Pectin an answer to prayer and a gift from God! As a busy Farmer’s Wife and Momma to 13, I appreciate the facts about lowered sugar content, but for me, being able to make LARGE BATCHES is a true blessing! As long as I get my math right (I have one disaster I’ll never live down of putting to much pectin in the pot that was easily remedied when my husband brought home grape juice to thin out some muscadine jelly. We called it Grapeydine!), every batch has been a success. I promote the pectin as I sell jam at our Farmer’s Markets. Old school jammers are amazed! Thanks for many years of exciting jamming!

I have been using Pomona pectin for years now and have never looked back. I love the fact that I can use many different sources for sweetening, like maple syrup and honey. Canning all summer for Christmas gift baskets for family and friends keeps me pretty busy. Today, for my birthday, I picked fresh figs from my trees to make my honey fig jam, which is a favorite of many, tomorrow! I love the canning jams and jelly recipe book too. Keep those unique recipes coming. Another perk with using Pomona pectin is the fact you can triple a batch if need be and also the stirring time is much shorter than using the heavy sugar pectins. Keep up the good work with providing this great product and I promise to keep spreading the word!

I have been using your Pomona Pectin for 3 years now, and love it. I have my jams and jellies at the Farmer’s Market, and know I can always rely on your product. I love being able to offer a lower sugar product to my customers. It always tastes great and sets properly. Also, I enjoy collecting ribbons at the Fall Fair, which I have been doing since using Pomona. Keep up the good work!
