Preserving is important and I am always looking for ways to increase my supplies.
Ann-Marie Jillson
I’ve loved making low or no sugar recipes out of my “old” high sugar recipes!!
Mary Lou Sumberg
Glad to hear it, Ann-Marie. If you ever feel like sharing any of your “old” recipes, we could consider putting them on our website. You can contact us at info@pomonapectin.com. Happy low-sugar jamming!
Betty
I love your pectin – was just what I was looking for right at the time I had decided I needed to start canning. I have used your pectin & love it and will be canning more.
These 3 items will be great to have, especially since I’m still a newbie at canning.
But I will continue to use your pectin even if I don’t win. Just using your pectin makes us all winners! So thank you.
Mary Lou Sumberg
Thank you, Betty, for taking the time to write. Love your thought: “Just using your pectin makes us all winners!” Happy Jamming!
Clamina
This will be so perfect! Have never used it but have a friend who uses it and loves it.

I’m still new to canning and I am so very glad I found your website months ago.

Because of the wet spring we will be having a bumper crop of wild Mustang Grapes which makes the BEST jelly! Also Texas persimmons which are marble sized and yield a black thick jam. Lastly, toward the end of summer I’ll be making jelly from the Prickly Pear cacti. All here in central Texas.
Mary Lou Sumberg
Wow — such a bounty you will have. Thanks for sharing, and Happy Jamming!

Sounds great. I would love to win!!!

I love the low sugar that is used in your jams/jellies. I use honey, agave & concentrated juice when possible. Thank you for the recipes.
Jane Emery
